Thank You, LORD . . .

3729.) for the gorgeous bouquet of flowers from my sister's garden that she surprised me with
3730.) for the intoxicating scent of honeysuckle in the air
3731.) for the huge, spontaneous, running hug that my 4-year-old nephew gave me last night
3732.) that it's cool enough this morning to enjoy a hot cup of tea
3733.) for the mourning dove perched on the flower box staring in the window at me
3734.) for the anticipation of blueberry muffins for breakfast
3735.) that when I need an egg, I can run out to the chicken coop and snitch one out from under Suzie - fresh!
3736.) that Wisdom will be like flowers in my hair and a beautiful crown on my head (Proverbs 4:9)

Those flowers are beautiful!

Vicki - Yes, they are beautiful. My sister has a real knack for flower arranging. Her roses are especially lovely this year - she's scurrying around to all the family members to deliver bouquets before the her are done. :)

I love your reading your posts. I noticed one thing you were thankful for is fresh eggs. We have chickens and I like hard boiled eggs in my salad and my dog loves them also. If you have trouble peeling them, put about a teaspoon on baking soda in the water. It really work well for me.
