This recipe showcases the
raspberry vinegar that I made this summer. The vinegar is bottled in an old soda pop bottle with a built-in cork that I fortuitously found at thrift shop. You can make the fruit dip without the vinegar, though the color isn't as bright nor the raspberry flavor as strong.
Raspberry Fruit Dip
1/2 C. vanilla yogurt
1 tabl. honey
1 tabl. raspberry jelly
1/2 tsp. raspberry vinegar
Increase quantities as needed - but be careful about adding too much vinegar. You want enough to strengthen the raspberry flavor but not enough to overpower the flavor with vinegar.
