Pulled Chicken Sandwiches

Cook several chicken breasts on low in a slow cooker all day. Remove chicken and broth from slow cooker - shred chicken and put back in cooker. Sprinkle on seasoned salt and desired amount of barbecue sauce. Heat until warm throughout. Place chicken on large onion rolls with slices of cheese, tomatoes, onions and lettuce.

Hi Julie - Thanks for the recipe idea. This one is slightly different than the last one I tried.... what liquid do you use to cook your chicken since you add the BBQ sauce later?

I just cooked the chicken in a couple of inches of water - you could probably cook it in chicken broth if you wanted.
