One afternoon last week, Eli decided to set up a lemonade stand. Seeing that it was located along our long farm lane, his only customers were family. He didn't mind - he was happy with the $3 he made.
Including the 50 cents he received by proxy from his great-grandmother who found out about his endeavor. Her message included encouragement for him to drink her cup. He was happy to comply.

As Eli's attorney, I highly suggested that he register his lemonade logo as a trademark. This way it would not be drawn into legal proceedings as a result of trademark infringement. Because of my quick action, I can assure Eli that his investement will pay off very well. I expect to share in the royalties. What percentage do you think is fair?
