Thank You, LORD . . .

4881.) for a long walk around the farm yesterday afternoon on a milder (than last week!) January day
4882.) for my pink Christmas boots that kept my feet nice and dry in the gushy fields
4883.) for the beauty of two horses in our neighbor's pasture, silhouetted against the lovely blue sky
4884.) for homemade macaroni and cheese for supper
4885.) for the anticipation of an afternoon with friends over tea
4886.) for the fascinating things I'm learning from "Mastermind" about the amazing minds You've given us - You are an awesome Creator!
4887.) that E. always makes it a point to ask me what I'm learning from my current read
4888.) for the joy I'm receiving from my Bible study on the word "remember"
4889.) that You listen to those in need (Psalm 69:33)
4890.) that You have been alive forever (Daniel 7: 9, 13 and 22)
4891.) that Your eyes see everything (Proverbs 15:3)

Photo Info:  The desk was commissioned for the State Farm Show to be made by the small company at which Caleb apprentices.  He had a hand in helping to make the desk, and I wanted E. to take a photo of it for me when they visited the Farm Show last week.

The desk is gorgeous; looks "vintage". I have never been to the farm show; heard many, many good things about it. Our local 4H kids attend it. Maybe next year....

Enjoy your weekend!

Sandy,

I love the old-fashioned look of the desk. Caleb said they don't get too many requests anymore for roll-tops like this one. The State Farm Show is wonderful, though crowded - the best is to go during the day and leave before 5.
