Spaghetti Pie

Love to serve this easy and hearty casserole with a salad on a cold winter's night -

Spaghetti Pie

1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 C. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. sliced pepperoni
4 C. mozzarella cheese
1 can/jar of spaghetti sauce, warmed

Combine spaghetti, eggs, Parmesan and salt; mix thoroughly.  Grease a 13x9 pan and spread half of the mixture in the bottom.  Layer the mixture with half of the pepperoni slices and half of the mozzarella.  Spread remaining spaghetti mixture on top and add remaining pepperoni and cheese.  Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.  Cut into squares and serve; spoon warmed sauce on individual pieces, if desired.
