Bread Machine Bread
I recently found a like-new Williams-Sonoma bread machine at the local Salvation Army. It was a great price for such a quality appliance so, though it didn't have an owner's manual, into the cart it went. After later doing some searching on the internet for a manual, I came across an incredibly helpful website called Hillbilly Housewife that had a detailed article called Bread Machine Basics about my very situation - what to do with a bread machine and no manual. The author encourages that all bread machines pretty much work along the same lines and goes into detail about it, as well as providing several recipes to try. After reading through the information, I immediately tried her basic recipe for machine bread which came out perfectly! Now to try another one . . .
