Cookie Cutter Peanut Butter Fudge
This idea comes from a past issue of Taste of Home Magazine. Just make a batch of your favorite fudge, spoon it into cookie cutters that have been buttered and placed on waxed paper, and add a few sprinkles. Now you've got a nice little favor or small Christmas gift to give -
Here's the Peanut Butter Fudge recipe I use:
Combine 3 C. sugar, 1 tabl. cocoa and 3/4 C. milk in a saucepan; heat over medium and stir well. Add 1 tabl. of butter, turn heat up to medium high and boil for 3 minutes (start timing AS SOON AS MIXTURE BEGINS TO BUBBLE). Stir occasionally. Remove from heat. Working quickly, stir in 7 oz. marshmallow fluff, 18 oz. Jif Peanut Butter and 1 tsp. vanilla. Stir together quickly but well with wooden spoon. Spoon into buttered cookie cutters or into a buttered 13x9" pan. Cool and cut.

I have zero luck with fudge. The last batch I tried making two or three weeks ago is sitting in a bowl, in my refrig.; my husband warms it up and uses it for ice cream topping. The only fudge I have luck with is the peanut butter meltaway fudge that doesn't need to boil, just melt the chocolate candy and mix with peanut butter.
Blessings to you
Sandy
