Books to Grow Me Like Him

In an effort to maximize my reading time while simultaneously adding to my spiritual growth, I've recently come up with a little reading plan. As I'm not one to read just one book at a time, I've chosen to have an on-going pile on my shelf that contains a fiction book, a non-fiction book, a homemaking book, and the current resource that my friend and I are doing as a book study. Each book on the list has the purpose and goal of growing me more like Him and helping me fulfill His callings on my life. My current list:

* Les Miserables by Victor Hugo (fiction)
* Holiness - The Heart God Purifies by Nancy Leigh DeMoss (non-fiction)
* Good Housekeeping Party Book edited by Dorothy Marsh and Carol Brock (1958) (homemaking)
* Breath for the Bones - Art, Imagination and Spirit: A Reflection on Creativity and Faith by Luci Shaw (book study resource)

Looks like a couple of very interesting books. Right now I'm reading Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen and How to Have a Heart For Your Kids by Rachael Carmen
