Easy to make: Cut from the edge of a paper doily into the center and remove a small circle. Overlap edges to make a cone shape and secure with paper clips. Tuck the doily into a small glass of water. Gather flowers and cut stems pretty short - push them through the doily down into the glass. Waa-laa . . .
