A Baptism & A Picnic

I know the saying goes that weddings make people cry, but baptisms make me cry, too.  Watching someone go down into the waters "in the likeness of His death" always inspires and encourages my heart.  Their act of obedience to the Father, proclaiming to the world and the Church that they are choosing to identify themselves with Him and His ways, never fails to move me.  And in this setting, in the midst of His handiwork, the joy flows even higher.
