Banana Chocolate Chip Cake

Yet another delicious way to use up the bargain bananas from our $3 case a few weeks ago . . .

Banana Chocolate Chip Cake

1/2 C. butter, softened
1 C. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 C. mashed bananas
1 C. sour cream
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
3 C. flour

Filling:
1/4 C. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. mini chocolate chips

Mix wet ingredients and then add dry; mix well.  Pour half of batter into 13x9" pan.  Sprinkle with half of the filling.  Pour remaining batter over top and then remaining filling.  Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
