Homemade Gift Tags

A friend of mine recently sent me a card with this little homemade gift tag tucked in.  She had taken an old card that I had sent her, cut out the lamb, pasted it on a blank gift tag, added some garnishes, and wa-la - a homemade tag to add to a gift or use as a bookmark.  Simple and sweet -
