White Peppermint Hot Chocolate

This recipe is one that I tore out of a magazine recently and adapted slightly.  Something a little different than my usual afternoon cup of tea -

White Peppermint Hot Chocolate

In a small pan, combine 1 cup of milk and 1 peppermint tea bag.  Bring to a low simmer; cover and steep for 3 minutes over low flame.  Remove tea bag.  Whisk in 3 tabl. of white chocolate chips until melted.  Pour into mug.  Add whipped cream, if desired.
