Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Clean pulp from seeds and rinse. Allow to drain for a few minutes in a sieve. Pour several teaspoons of olive oil on a rimmed cookie sheet. Pour seeds onto sheet and sprinkle with desire amount of Season-All seasoned salt; mix well. Stir once or twice during baking. Bake at 350 for 15-17 minutes or until crunchy.
