Memory fighter verses for weeks of 9/7 & 9/14 - REVIEW & CATCH UP WEEKS
Jeremiah 32:17: "Ah, Lord GOD! It is you who has made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you."
I Peter 5:9-10: "Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world. And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will Himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you."
Proverbs 29:1: "He who is often reproved, yet stiffens his neck, will suddenly be broken beyond healing."
Romans 12:10: "Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor."

Yesterday, at lunch, my guests and I were discussing how some of the Scripture we had memorized or knew well, had been put to music.
Well, when I saw your Jeremiah verse, I immediately began singing (in my head) that music. It was also memorable because one of the younger boys in our church was known to sing the first part of the verse as "Ah, Lord Dod..." That kind of memory stays with you as well.

Thank YOU, Sharon, for the encouragement. The boys and I were working on Romans 12:10 this morning - it prompted some great discussion about how we're called to treat others. I LOVE that God's Word is so relevant and practical to every aspect of our lives!
