Julie: Just reading all your past blogs after learning about them in your current newsletter... Had to respond to this photo... My dear dad died in '93 and the five of us kids were in his home talking and planning the funeral... my son, then 11, knew how heartsick I was and slipped off to Grandpa's workshop and scroll-sawed this EXACT gift for me -- only he did his a horizontal "MOM" but otherwise same! It is one of my most PRICELESS possesions! So, just wanted you to know in advance that many years are ahead of you to be blessed and blessed again by the sweet treasure received from a dearly-loved son...

How sweet - and you can flip it upside down and use it as a congratulations trophy!
Blessings,
Patti
Never thought about flipping it, Patti - good idea!
How lovely, my son is loving woodwork at school too!
