Desserts From Our Tea














White Raspberry Mousse - a light, pink-swirled mousse on a chocolate crust drizzled with raspberry sauce and garnished with fresh whipped cream and a chocolate wafer


















Coconut Cream Cake - a dense cake with creamy, custard-like frosting sprinkled with coconut and a dollop of fresh whipped cream

I hope you got the recipe for the raspberry mouse dessert, otherwise posting the photo is just plain mean. I think this sort of dessert is just what one needs on vacation or at Christmas - hint, hint! Might even be more popular than whoopie pies.

Sorry, I'm mean - I didn't even bother to ask for the recipe. I just assumed it would be a secret! The boys find it quite amusing that I take so many pictures of food, but I can't help it. I think even pieces of raspberry mousse are beautiful! I'm not sure if whoppie pies could be topped though (maybe the ladies might think so).
